Thank you for making these starter bulbs again! I know a few years ago you either had none in stock or stopped making them and i ended up throwing away one of my bug zappers because of that! Well i ordered 2 starter bulbs this time so i have a spare on hand and it works just fine now!

My Flowtron Bulb is Bright Again!
I am delighted that my Flowtron bulb is working again, it is very bright, and enjoyable to watch in the evenings. I also very appreciate Flowtron doing a video (it's silent however) on installation steps, and I appreciate receiving a written diagram from corporate customer service. Unbelievable service life
I just ;threw away my flowtron bug killer. I got to thinking about how old it was and when I bought it. I know some years I used it and a few years I never installed it. Still, I bought it in the 1980s and until a few weeks ago it has worked. Needed a minor repair (replace a short burnt wire) a year or two ago, but that was it. No replacement bulbs or anything else. Who makes products that last over 35 years? I think I bought it at Sears. It lasted longer than one of America's longest companies. It was an all metal housing instead of today's polycarbonate, but I donn
t think that is an important difference. I saved the product name and googled it. So happy you are still around and making this amazingly effective product. Ordering a new one today for next year. The next one is likely to outlast me.
