Your purchase includes the following warranty which is in lieu of all other express warranties. This warranty is extended only to the initial consumer purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights which vary from state to state. Please retain your sales slip for your records, as proof of purchase will be required.

All parts except for burned out bulbs, which are defective, will be replaced free of charge. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any Flowtron bug killer which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident, nor which is used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or which shall have been repaired or altered in any way so as to adversely affect its performance and reliability. Service by unauthorized parties voids your warranty. Commercial and/or professional use is excluded from warranty coverage.
Flowtron neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with its product. No responsibility is assumed for any consequential damages that may result from the use of a Flowtron product, nor for damages due to accident, abuse, lack of responsible care, the affixing of any unauthorized attachment, loss of parts or subjecting this unit to any but the specified voltage.
To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer care team by email support@flowtron.com or phone 800-343-3280, you will be asked to provide your proof of purchase as we cannot validate warranty without proof of purchase. If we require the unit to be shipped to us, return shipping will be your responsibility. All replacement units/parts will be shipped for free.
