New Spinner Head Plus 36 Cutting Lines For LE900

I have owned the leaf eater for over 20 years and love it. I have only replaced motor in that time and that was because it was full of leaf clippings after 15 years and burned out. New spinner head fit perfect just be aware that the new head does not include the metal insert that connects the head to the motor. You need to use the old one and I do not see it listed as an available replacement part that you can get from Flowtron.

This is my second Flowtron. Both suffered the same fate. Spinner head stripped and replacement part has been sold out for years. Truly a flawed design.

After years of use shredding leaves, my flowtron spinner head melted. Replacement is out of stock and my attempt at repair failed. A small critical part in an expensive machine should be more robust.

I ordered a new spinner head and after using it one time , it melted and is unk! The sinner head striped out at the bottom and proceeded to melt. It wasn't able to hold the plastic screw. I was careful to cool down the machine several tomes so not to burn up the motor. This piece needs to be made of metal not plastic!
The rest of the leafeater is great!
