the bulb starter quit working, the unit quit working after 9 months, Flowtron says, that electrical part is NOT WARRANTY, YOU BUY THE PART, PLUS SHIPPING, AND YOU INSTALL IT YOURSELF. THAT IS NOT A 2 YEAR WARRANTY, WHAT THE HELL IS COVERED FOR TWO YEARS IF NOT THE ARTS THAT MAKE THIS UP????
